  • All plants purchased directly from the HPC website come with Lifetime Support, meaning our team is available to assist you with any care-related questions for as long as your plant is alive.

    If you're uncertain about your plant's condition or need guidance, feel free to contact us anytime via Instagram, Facebook, or email. Please include a clear photo and a brief description, and our specialists will respond promptly with expert advice to help diagnose issues and support your plant's health.

    Note: Lifetime Support applies only while the plant is alive and does not include replacement of deceased plants.

  • Due to the unique nature of our offerings, many of our plants, particularly one-of-a-kind or featured specimens are sold as individual pieces through single item auctions. As a result, the plant you receive may differ in appearance from other listings. We encourage you to carefully review the product description for specific details, as each plant is distinct in form, size, and character.

  • We currently ship all plants, pots, and accessories within Canada and the United States.

  • We ship all orders within 5 business days maximum from the date of purchase. During winter months, processing may be delayed if extreme weather conditions pose a risk to the plants.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada: 2–3 business days

    • United States: 3–5 business days

    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

  • At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All plant purchases include lifetime support to help you care for your plant over time.

  • No immediate transplanting is needed. Our plants are potted in high-quality soil and breathable containers specifically selected to support healthy growth.

    For some species, root maintenance is done annually, while cacti may only require attention every few years. You may choose to repot after one year, but it is not required.

  • All plants are carefully packaged using secure, insulated materials to ensure safe delivery. During colder months, heat packs are included as needed to minimize temperature-related stress and protect plant health during transit.

  • Plants may occasionally exhibit mild stress symptoms after shipping, such as slight wilting or minimal leaf loss. This is a normal response to transit and typically subsides once the plant is placed in a stable environment with proper lighting. We advise allowing the plant a few days to adjust before taking any additional steps.
